Pre- Advertisement Notice

The City of Atlanta is launching a Pre-qualification process for a cloud-based Electronic Legislative Management System (ELMS) to replace its current agenda and meeting platform. Vendors should submit a 5–10 minute MP4 video showcasing their system and capabilities. The selected vendor will handle implementation, data migration, training, support, and hosting. Fully integrated, out-of-the-box solutions that meet technical, security, and operational requirements are encouraged to apply. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be announced to provide details and answer questions.
